Qualifications
Across the finance industry, to varying levels, post full-time education professional qualifications are now essential. Financial institutions in Jersey will ordinarily support their staff in their studies towards appropriate professional qualifications, both financially and intellectually. Some will also provide study leave (as much as up to 5 days per exam) and will give financial rewards on successful completion of a qualification.
