How to get into finance
Most of all, employers are looking for candidates that have strong oral and written communication skills; commercial awareness and an understanding about the finance industry; ability to display commitment, motivation and ambition; teamwork and leadership; positive ‘can do’ attitude and a passion to learn.
So review your CV, make sure it reflects your skills, show what success you have had either at work, school or college, what makes you stand out, consider where you can develop and how you can add value to the role or company by being efficient and productive.
