Why do the Foundation Degree in Financial Services?
The programme is for anyone wanting to build a career in Finance. It is aimed at those who want to take the next step in their full-time education and also those who are thinking about a career change.
There are a wide range of career opportunities in the Finance industry ranging from stock broking, accountancy, audit and tax, to customer service, compliance and fund administration. There are also plenty of non-financial jobs such as marketing and design, information technology, human resources and event management.
You can also choose to continue your studies for a further year and earn an honours degree at the University of Plymouth in:
• BA (Hons) Business Administration
• BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance
From 2010 you will be able to do a one year top up to BA (Hons) International Financial Management in Jersey.
