Senior trust administrator

Responsible for:
You would be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies and trusts. Ensuring that the affairs of our clients are managed in accordance with the law and the standard of client services set out by the firm that you are working for.

Average salary:
From £30,000 - £45,000, plus an annual bonus.

Typical working hours:
In a full-time job you would typically work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time work, job sharing and temporary work are often available.

Qualifications:
Usually degree educated with either a professional certificate, such as an internationally recognised accounting designation (CA, CPA or ACCA), STEP or ACIS designation and 3-5 years working experience; or progress towards such a qualification and 3-5 years relevant experience of working in off-shore trust and corporate services.

General requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Good technical ability
  • Competent in maintaining and developing good relationships with all clients
  • Show discretion with confidential information
  • Show high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Career prospects:
Your experience and qualifications will be easily transferred if you wish to work in other off-shore jurisdictions with career progression to senior management and board level.
