Current operational tax issues facing Jersey's banking industry

A presentation on current operational tax issues facing Jersey's banking industry was held on Tuesday 22^nd September 2009, from 09.30am – 10.30am.

The Presentation provided an update on HMRC's initiative regarding information requests for customers with a UK address and offshore accounts. It was presented by Roy Baldwin, Senior Manager Deloitte and former Team Leader of the HMRC team which was successful in obtaining the notices against the major UK High Street Banks .
