Jersey Finance Presentation - 'Understanding the UK tax approach to the Jersey Foundation'

We were delighted that Gary Wasdell, Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Client Practice in Birmingham agreed to present to Jersey Finance Members on the UK tax approach to the recently introduced Jersey Foundation.
Gary Wasdell
Gary is a senior tax professional with over 20 years’ experience of providing clients with leading tax planning advice and innovative tax solutions. His clients include high net worth individuals, families and associated private companies who have benefited from a range of income tax, capital gains tax and Inheritance tax solutions and a ‘holistic’ approach.
Gary has a particular interest and specialism in working with onshore and offshore trusts and non- UK domiciled individuals, and has spent time in the Channel Islands and the IOM on trust restructuring matters at the time of the 1998 and 2008 changes.
The Presentation was held in the Liberation Suite of the Pomme d'Or Hotel and commenced at 15.45pm and finished at 17.00pm.
