Jersey is poised to provide private equity fund managers two new forms of the limited partnership arrangement which will offer GPs a separate limited partnership (SLP) and incorporated limited partnership (ILP).
SPLs and ILPs will complement the range of vehicles already available in Jersey, giving businesses greater flexibility as to how to structure their operations, and fund and private equity promoters additional options for the creation of their Jersey fund vehicles and carried interest vehicles.
In this presentation, Robert Milner and Daniel O'Connor from Carey Olsen's Funds and Private Equity team will cover the key features, opportunities and practicalities of implementation’.
