AIFMD impact analysis for Jersey

James Greig from PwC will come to Jersey on 6 December to present his AIFMD impact analysis and also to provide an overview of the final advice from ESMA on the AIFMD level II implementing measures expected to be issued on 16 November.
David Banks, Director of the Securities Division at the JFSC, will give a high level overview of the implications for Jersey in relation to the final advice from ESMA on the AIFMD level II implementing measures.
