Brendan McMahon, Partner, Global Asset Management Private Equity Leader, PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, Jersey
Brendan is an audit partner within the Channel Islands financial services group. He located to Jersey in 1986 and has extensive experience in offshore financial services; his clients consist of mainly private equity groups. Prior to 1986 he serviced a number of financial services clients based in Dublin.
Brendan is the Partner responsible for our Asset Management Industry group in the Channel Islands. In addition, he is a member of the Global Asset Management Leadership Team with responsibility for private equity.
Over the last 20 years he has advised on the structuring of retail and private equity funds. He has been heavily involved in the provision of audit and advisory services to Jersey and foreign Limited Partnerships investing globally. He also co-ordinates the provision of taxation services as required by the underlying limited partners.
