Greater China Visit

Beijing and Shanghai

Monday 1^st November - Friday 5^th November

Jersey Finance will visit Greater China in November, the second visit of 2010. The delegation will be led by Jersey Finance Chairman, Jonathan White and Hong Kong based Head of Greater China Business Development, Zhaoan Li.

The objective of this visit is to continue to build relationships with intermediaries from the financial services sector to whom we can deliver future promotional activity. The itinerary will follow the format used for previous visits, private Jersey Finance individual intermediary meetings and small single firm presentations. Topics will include;

Jersey Company Listings on the HKSE
The benefits of using Jersey for private clients
The Jersey Foundation
The Jersey funds regime and vehicles
Jersey Funds application in China and typical structures
Future developments

Jersey Finance will host an official presentation in Shanghai to which all Members travelling or based locally are invited to attend. There is no plan to host an official reception or conference in Beijing. The provisional itinerary is as follows;

BEIJING 1st - 3rd November

Private Jersey Finance individual intermediary meetings and small single firm presentations.

SHANGHAI 3rd - 5th November

Jersey Finance Event Thursday 4th November. Full programme and speakers will be released in due course - the intended format will be as follow;

Jersey Private Equity Funds
Jersey Company IPO's in Hong Kong and Europe

HONG KONG 8th - 10th November

8th November - Jonathan White, Chairman, Jersey Finance, will host a networking lunch for Jersey firms who have an office based in Hong Kong. Please contact us with details of colleagues you would like invited to this lunch
