Recent Statement regarding Jersey's Fee Freeze 2010

Following our recent statement regarding Jersey’s fee freeze for 2010 on all entities and fund authorisations, we would like to clarify that in our comments regarding the Cayman Islands fees we may have implied that for the incorporation or establishment of companies and limited partnerships fees had increased four fold we were in fact referring to the business licences such as the Securities Investment Business licence and not to such incorporation fees. We regret any confusion our statement may have caused.
