Resilience at Work

Jersey Finance is delighted to invite our Future Connect Members to join us for an event focussed on resilience at work, taking place on Thursday 20 April between 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm, at The Club Hotel & Spa, Jersey.

Resilience in the workplace can help people recover from challenging experiences. Resilience also shapes the way employees respond to and manage the stress of change. It can also assist employees growth and development.

Professional careers are increasingly demanding, with competing priorities vying for the attention of up-and-coming professionals. This creates pressure and, without excellent resilience the pressure can be very challenging. In this workshop Simon and Marisa explore the nature of the challenges of managing professional careers and some of the habits of success that can help you along the journey.
