Montserrat Serra-Janer is the global head of private equity sales with Platform Sales – Securities Services, based out of New York. Montserrat has been with J.P. Morgan since 2008. She was the head of Securities Services sales in Mexico and Brazil for seven years where she successfully grew both regions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Montserrat worked with Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs in the U.S. and U.K. She has 22 years of international professional financial experience in private and investment banking, working in fixed income and equities operations, prime brokerage and alternative asset services. Montserrat holds a Master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona, Spain. She published her thesis in "Customer Satisfaction" at the University of Linkoping, Sweden. Montserrat is a member of Spanish Economist Association. Montserrat speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Catalan.

Jonathan Heaney specialises in M&A transactions involving regulated financial services business, corporate real estate acquisition and financing and investment fund matters. He has more than fifteen years' experience as an offshore lawyer and is recognised in Legal 500's Hall of Fame. Jonathan has practised in London, BVI and Jersey, advising on all elements of funds, corporate and finance work, including many of the biggest transactions involving global corporate services providers. Jonathan is admitted in both Jersey and BVI and is a member of the firm's Global Investment Funds and Corporate Groups. He has been part of Walkers' Jersey team since 2007 and is the managing partner of the firm's Jersey office. Jonathan speaks French and German.

Marie is based in JTC’s London office and has over 20 years’ experience in global funds, including experience in private equity accounting. Marie plays a leading role in building and maintaining intermediary relationships and growing organic new business in the fund and corporate services markets with a particular mandate on developing JTC’s global private equity offering. Before joining JTC, Marie held a senior position at Langham Hall where she had responsibility for growing new business across Europe. Prior to this, Marie spent eleven years working for two prestigious private equity firms. Marie is also a qualified certified chartered accountant.

Martin Rowley is a US Business Tax Partner in London and Head of Jersey Tax at Deloitte. He advises on corporate and international tax matters for clients in a wide range of industries, involving cross-border transactions and capital flows; US anti-deferral planning; and the tax aspects of multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and IP transfers. Martin regularly acts for private equity and real estate funds, sovereign institutions, and investment managers in the structuring, financing, and execution of investments, joint ventures, and other M&A activities, including earnings repatriation strategies. His work is particularly focused on Europe, Asia, and the MENA region. A regular speaker on international tax topics at conferences and in-house and specialist seminars for clients and professional organisations, Martin is recognised by Chambers UK and Chambers Global as a leading individual in tax. He holds an LLM in Taxation (Georgetown University), Juris Doctor

Ashraf Rizvi is Founder/CEO of Digital Swiss Gold and GILDED and responsible for the day to day running of the firm. Ashraf has over 20 years of executive leadership experience as Founder, Managing Partner and Global Business Head. Prior to Founding Digital Swiss Gold and GILDED, Ashraf was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SummerHaven Investment Management, a commodities investment management firm overseeing approximately $2 billion in assets for retail clients (Schwab, Wells Fargo, USAA, US Trust) and institutional clients including top tier university endowments, foundations, and family offices. For over 13 years, Ashraf was a senior Managing Director at UBS holding a variety of roles in New York and London including Global Head of Commodities Trading, Global Head of Metals, Global Head of Emerging Markets FX and Global Head of Fixed Income Credit Repo. Prior to UBS he was Head of FX Options trading at Credit Suisse in New York.
