Jersey Finance, in partnership with IFI Global, is delighted to welcome you to this event entitled ‘The Future of the International Fund Centres’

Fund domiciliation patterns have always been subject to change. From the 1990s onwards, established patterns have been challenged. There is no reason to believe that this will not continue to be the case in the future. This event explores what may happen to the international fund centres over the next few years, as well as focusing on developments across these jurisdictions today.

The event will explore distribution questions, including the possible end of reverse solicitation; political challenges and blacklisting threats; the factors that need to be considered when selecting a jurisdiction; and local substance requirements in the IFCs.
