Relevant to Saudi-based managers of private wealth and family offices, this event will hear from Faizal, alongside a panel of Saudi and international private wealth industry experts. Faizal is a UK qualified lawyer and for many years has worked and advised, and is a trusted advisor to institutions, corporates and families across the Middle East, Africa and India. Faizal specialises in banking and finance and has advised corporates, family offices and families including on their international investment and holding structures.
Faizal is responsible for developing the strategy for Jersey Finance’s engagement in Africa, the Middle East and India. He is focussed on his key markets, regularly travelling to all these countries, liaising and working with key stakeholders, including public and private institutions, corporates and families, building long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

Ismael Hajjar is the EY Private Leader for the MENA region and an advisor to ambitious owners, entrepreneurs and CEOs of leading private, fast growth and family enterprises. He also founded and currently lead EY MENA family enterprise and family office award-winning consulting practice which specializes in assisting successful families, entrepreneurs and family offices across MENA managing risks, preserving and growing wealth. Nabil A. Issa Partner Corporate, Finance and Investments, King & Spalding
Nabil A. Issa is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group of King & Spalding, working from the Dubai and affiliated Riyadh offices. Mr. Issa's experience includes work in the areas of Shari'ah-compliant funds, joint ventures, foreign investment, private equity, privatizations, venture capital, and real estate industry transactions. He is particularly known of his development and innovative fund and investment structures for real estate and private equity/venture capital investments in Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. He received his JD and Graduate Certificate in Islamic Law from the University of Pennsylvania and was previously a Fulbright Fellow at UAE University in Al Ain. Heba Al Emara Managing Director, Vistra Middle East
Heba joined Orangefield Group (now Vistra) in 2012 as part of the UK client commercial advisory department. She has a particular focus on HNWIs, UHNWIs and Family Offices from the Arabian Gulf. She supports the structuring of international personal and business assets, succession and implementing governance across generations. Heba began her career in various legal and philanthropy roles in the City of London. She grew up in the Middle East and is equally comfortable working in English and Arabic. She holds a degree in Law and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London. In 2018 and 2017, Heba was named as one of eprivateclient’s ‘Top 35 Under 35’ professionals. Heba has also been shortlisted as Woman of the Year - Future Leaders in the Powerwomen Awards 2020.

Henry Kierulf Head of Active Wealth, ZEDRA Jersey
Henry is a Chartered Accountant and senior management professional with over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry. He started his career with a Big Four accounting firm in Montreal, Canada before holding senior positions with an international bank’s wealth management division in Barbados, the Cayman Islands, London and Jersey where he has resided since 2005. In his time in the Caribbean, he started in the investment business before broadening across to the trust, banking and funds areas and leading a fully integrated wealth management business in the Cayman Islands. Henry moved across to the British Isles in 2004, spent a year in London before moving to Jersey in 2005 where he has been in the trust business since that time. Henry joined the ZEDRA Jersey office in 2018, where the business provides services to clients across Global Expansion & Corporate, Active Wealth and Funds.

Akram Okeili Managing Partner, Okeili&Co
Akram Okeili is a seasoned management advisor with more than17 years in the Family Business Advisory domain. In addition to being a leader in emerging market strategy, Akram is a veteran Family Business Expert, a Governance & Restructuring Expert and a savvy Estate Planner. Akram advised more than 30 Family-Owned Businesses in Saudi Arabia, designed their Enterprise Legal Structure, institutionalized their Governance and Succession Planning journey, established their Family Offices and devised their Next-Generation Family Members’ Engagement and Development Strategies. Akram has also advised Family-Owned Businesses on expansion strategies including Portfolio Strategy and Rationalization, Re-organizations, optimal M&A scenarios, disposals, alternative investments advisory and capital raising solutions involving equity and debt financing.
