Jon is a chartered accountant and worked as an auditor followed by a time in local industry before joining the JFSC's Supervision division where he worked primarily in Fund and Trust Company Supervision.
Laila Charlton-Meyrick Partner, Tribe Impact Capital
Laila is a Partner at Tribe and an experienced investment professional working with several families, advising and guiding them across all asset classes. She moved into wealth management from McKinsey & Co. She spent just under a decade at both UBS and then at Credit Suisse, before joining Tribe at the beginning of 2019. Laila is a strong and passionate advocate for women and girls’ rights. Originally from Iran, she lives with her husband and two young daughters in London and in her spare time she is an Ambassador for Ethical Angel, a unique platform that upskills employees via community outreach.

Astrid B. Owen advises internationally based clients and their family offices, trustees and private banks on international trust, tax and wealth-transfer issues.
