Following a keynote speech, a panel of experts from Jersey and London will discuss the current and emerging trends and themes in real estate investment.

Since the global pandemic began, demand for industrial and residential property has risen to an extraordinary level, and while retail and office took a hit, they are now showing signs of recovery. However, with increasing macroeconomic uncertainties – such as the pressures of inflation and rising interest rates – will real estate continue to attract capital? We will examine what is driving the current trends and themes in UK private equity real estate and look at how managers can adapt for long-term success.

This event is ideal for anyone associated with real estate investment or the private equity real estate funds industry – including investors, managers, advisers, and service providers – to get up to date with the latest news and trends.
