Entitled “Succession Planning and Governance for Family Businesses”, the session will feature local private wealth experts Carine Farran, Deputy Managing Senior Associate at Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm, certified as an independent corporate director by the International Financial  Corporation (IFC) and Nada ElSayed Zoghzoghy – Tax Leader at PwC Lebanon, a specialist in international tax services with a specific focus on family businesses and estate planning.
