Elliot is focussed on defining strategy and execution of marketing Jersey as both a domicile and destination for Hedge and Private Equity Management Companies and Funds. Elliot moved to Jersey in 2006 to establish a Macro strategy Hedge Fund under the Ermitage umbrella for whom he also seeded other Macro / CTA strategy Hedge Funds. Elliot founded the Jersey Hedge Fund Managers Group aimed at linking the growing community of local Managers and is a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association and the BVCA Channel Islands working group.

Philip is a financial industry and asset management executive, strategist and innovator, with more than 20 years of professional experience that includes investment banking, investment management, consulting, auditing and accounting. Prior to joining Jersey Finance, Philip was a Partner and Director of Silver Sail Advisors LLP, a London based independent investment advisory firm focused on the global automotive and industrial sectors, with a particular emphasis on China. Before that, he was a Partner and COO at Silverstone Capital LLP, a hedge fund group based in London; an equity research analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York; and a manager in forensic accounting and auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Seattle. Philip is a graduate of the University of Southern California and spent six years in the United States Marine Corps.

David is the Global Co-Head of Product - Private Equity, based in London. In his role, David works with business leaders to refine and continue to drive strategic direction, management and delivery of Sanne’s private equity offering. David moved to Singapore in 2013, having previously worked in Jersey with PwC, supporting private equity fund managers and their structures. In Singapore, he worked at PwC where he was a director responsible for leading their Asset & Wealth Management Assurance and Advisory engagements, servicing a range of alternative funds. He was also a key leader in the formation of PwC Singapore’s Venture Hub, a business unit focused on servicing Venture Capital clients. David then joined Sanne in 2019 as the Country Head of Singapore where he was responsible for driving Sanne’s alternatives and corporate offering in Singapore.

Wilma has been part of the Global Private Equity Sales team based out of New York since 2019. She focuses on helping Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Hybrid Fund Managers and Family Offices with their operational set-up, responsible for selling a wide suite of services including: fund administration, global custody, prime brokerage, financing, depositary services, etc. Prior to her role on the Global Private Equity Sales team, Wilma was a Senior Sales and Relationship Manager in Investor Services, covering J.P. Morgan Alternatives clients and prospects in Latin America, with a focus on Brazil. Wilma joined JP Morgan in early 2011, helping with the project of structuring Custody Services in Brazil for foreign investors. She also worked with product managers on the development of Brazilian market intelligence materials.
