Elliot re-joined Jersey Finance in November 2018 from Crestbridge where he managed their Management Company Services Group.

Elliot is focussed on defining strategy and execution of marketing Jersey as both a domicile and destination for Hedge and Private Equity Management Companies and Funds.

Elliot moved to Jersey in 2006 to establish a Macro strategy Hedge Fund under the Ermitage umbrella for whom he also seeded other Macro / CTA strategy Hedge Funds.

Elliot founded the Jersey Hedge Fund Managers Group aimed at linking the growing community of local Managers and is a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association and the BVCA Channel Islands working group.

Jonathan is Ogier's Global Strategy Partner as well as Head of Ogier's Local Legal Services practice. As a trusted client adviser, he also holds a number of Directorships on Private Wealth and Real Estate company boards. Jonathan has advised a number of private equity and hedge fund managers, and their business operations on their relocation to Jersey. As Global Strategy Partner Jonathan works closely with Ogier's Executive Board in the formulation and implementation of strategy across Ogier's global platform. As Head of Local Legal Services Jonathan has responsibility for the provision of local legal services within Ogier's home jurisdictions. Jonathan is recognised as one of the leading legal advisers to the asset management and high net worth community and he works closely with Ogier's private client and trust teams in providing responsive, professional and discreet first class services.

Emily is an investment funds partner in Ogier's Jersey office. She primarily advises in relation to private equity funds and is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. She advises a variety of investment fund sponsors on the formation, operation, listing and winding-up of funds (including end of life solutions), as well as investors investing into Jersey funds and has advised a number of private equity and hedge fund managers on their relocation to Jersey. Her expertise spans private funds, investment schemes and family office funds, open and closed-ended funds across a wide variety of strategies and asset classes. Emily has extensive regulatory experience, having advised many financial services businesses as well as directors on their regulatory license applications and ongoing obligations, and has advised a number of fund managers on their relocation to Jersey.
