Geoff Cook, Chief Executive of Jersey Finance, will welcome Members and provide an overview, followed by Ross Dawkins, the report's author, presenting key findings from the report as well as an update from Ben Robins, Partner at Mourant Ozannes, on tax-neutral investment opportunities.
