We’re looking forward to hosting an insightful event in partnership with Ocorian in Hong Kong SAR.
Led by Maria McDermott, our Market Development Consultant – Asia, guests will learn about the role of trusts and foundations from a Jersey perspective, tailored specifically for family offices. This event delves into the strategic advantages of Jersey’s trust structures, highlighting their flexibility and robustness in managing and preserving family wealth across generations.
After an overview of Jersey’s unique offerings in trusts and foundations, Ocorian’s Executive Director, Private Client, Grant Barbour, along with Director, Head of Trust Services and Resident Manager, Shawn Wang, will explore the fundamental differences between Jersey trusts and foundations in wealth management and succession planning. They will discuss the practical considerations for clients choosing between these two options, as well as the unique features and benefits of each structure.
