Amy Bryant › Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Jersey Finance

Amy is Deputy Chief Executive of Jersey Finance. Amy joined Jersey Finance in 2011, becoming Chief Operating Officer in January 2014 and assumed her current role in September 2017. Amy also retains an active position leading the Strategic Projects team which undertakes projects and initiatives to develop the financial services industry in the Island.

Amy was born and educated in Jersey and subsequently went on to study at Durham University where she graduated with an honours degree in Natural Sciences.

Previous to Jersey Finance, Amy worked for PwC in the Channel Islands where she specialised in the taxation of offshore funds and Jersey corporate vehicles and provided international structuring advice to a global client base. Whilst working within the tax team, Amy was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Taxation as a Chartered Tax Advisor. Amy initially qualified as a chartered accountant within PwC’s Assurance team working on the audits of a number of banks, financial institutions and public sector bodies.

Liam Bailey

Liam Bailey Global Head of Research at Knight Frank

Liam is Global Head of Knight Frank's market-leading Research team. Based in London, Liam writes and presents on property market trends around the world with a particular focus on residential markets. He also leads Knight Frank’s flagship publication, The Wealth Report – which tracks private wealth investment into property. Over the past decade, Liam has grown and deepened the market insight offered by Knight Frank’s research team and now runs a global team of over 100 people covering residential and commercial property, geospatial insight, data and analytics, and customer intelligence.

David Goatman

David Goatman Partner, Department Head, ESG, Energy and Natural Resources

David has extensive experience in the fields of property, energy, and sustainable development and leads Knight Frank Energy, Sustainability and Natural Resources EMEA. This award-winning team provides advisory services to clients in the fields of renewable energy, transactions, development, valuations, strategy, compliance, environmental ratings/assessments, and procurement. David is also an advisory board member at the Imperial College Low Carbon Climate Innovation Centre and has played a major role in the establishment of EIT Climate-KIC, the EU’s main climate innovation funding agency, since 2012.

Alex James Partner, Private Office – Commercial Investments

Alex is Head of Private Client Commercial Advisory at Knight Frank within the Private Office Commercial team. Alex specialises in cross border investment consultancy services to sovereign wealth funds, large institutions, high net worth individuals and family offices across the world. Alex has transacted over US$3bn in cross border investment transactions across a variety of sectors.

Sarah May-Brown

Sarah May-Brown Partner, Private Office – Residential Markets

Through her 15 years with Knight Frank, Sarah worked in the International Residential team prior to spending seven years in the Gulf managing the Middle East Global Wealth team. Now based in London, Sarah manages the Private Wealth Intelligence Teams and the Global Ambassador Strategy, a team of senior fee earners focusing on cross border deals for UHNWI’s and family offices. Sarah also leads our Channel Islands Private Office.

Simon Gammon

Simon Gammon Partner, Head of Knight Frank Finance

Simon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Knight Frank Finance. He specialises in helping his clients, many of whom feature in the Forbes and Sunday Times Rich List, borrow against assets such as property, investment portfolios or alternatives such as art, whether it be for tax planning or as part of a wider investment strategy. Having worked in financial services for over 20 years, Simon is also well-known in the wider financial markets, regularly quoted in national and international press, such as the Financial Times.
