Uniti is a newly launched volunteering platform for the Channel Islands. We believe that by centralising the needs of a community and uniting the Third-sector, Private-sector and community under one platform we can revolutionise the current model of volunteering – to benefit all. Voluntary work represents the best of society, and is a foundational block in any community – yet smaller organisations have too often been left behind in terms of digital improvement. With overall volunteer demographics getting older, innovative ways of engaging younger audiences are needed to ensure the sector continues to thrive. The Uniti model flips the table, utilising private-sector subscription packages in exchange for diverse voluntary opportunities and reportable CSR data – in order to provide a free volunteer management & engagment platform for the Third-sector. This allows charitites and voluntary organisations access to a wealth of resource, skilled helpers and technology that would otherwise be unavailbable. Simultaneously this ecosystem provides an (overdue) free application for the general public – to find, understand and sign up to local voluntary opportunities in their community.

Paragon +Impact is a global expert tech company specialising in digital impact analysis with a mission to reduce the complexity of ESG and sustainability reporting. We empower organisations to make more informed decisions in order to manage their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks, achieve their impact goals and ultimately contribute to Agenda 2030, whilst communicating their performance in a sophisticated manner.

In order to achieve this, our team of sustainability experts combined with our tech partners have created a unique and powerful cloud-based impact assessment tool, namely the Paragon +Grading tool.

Anova is a science-backed assessment platform that collates data from an organisation that can be used to help build a happier, healthier workforce. The platform suggests bite-sized, actionable improvements for managers whilst also celebrating where they are performing well. Each Anova package includes consultancy days with wellbeing experts, which can be used to recommend or support implementation of any interventions.

We created Anova because we believe that an authentic wellbeing at work approach has sustainable impact. It helps businesses retain their employees and attract talent in a competitive market. It enables a more productive and engaged workforce and it ensures better customer service and loyalty. We also know that businesses that take responsibility for wellbeing at work have a huge impact at a human level, on the community, and on the individual, teams, and the organisation. Anova therefore helps businesses to measure and manage wellbeing.

In a world of technological disruption, fractured geopolitics, climate change and the recent pandemic, we are focused on two interconnected needs that our clients face; to build trust and to deliver sustained outcomes.  We guide our clients through ESG risks and opportunities with advice, strategy, transformation, and reporting solutions.

Here in the Channel Islands firm we are passionate about supporting sustainable finance in the islands.

DarkGreen Carbon (DGC) provides a unique end-to-end carbon removal solution that addresses corporates’ net zero commitments and decarbonisation plans in a climate-positive, blockchain secured marketplace.

DGC’s robust platform enables corporates to confidently offset their net emissions into the creation of carbon sinks. DGC works with landowners who use scientifically proven regenerative land-management practices that accelerate and amplify carbon extraction from the atmosphere, capturing and storing it in the soil.

Carbon-tracking software accurately measures carbon insets to provide reliable, evidence-based carbon offsets. All DGC transactions are recorded on the blockchain so that the carbon removal offsets are immutable, durable and robustly certified.
