The AYU Emerging Manager Conference London

The AYU Emerging Manager Conference (EMC) is a boutique event designed to connect young and growing hedge funds with early-stage seed investors and experts in hedge fund launches. Back for the 3rd time this all-day event is focused on hedge fund launch and growth success, operating as an education and networking-rich occasion.

The conference combines a range of insightful talks and discussions with start-up experts, multiple networking opportunities, one-two-one pitch and surgery sessions, and the AYU Pitch-Off, a Dragon’s Den style fund-pitch competition.

As with most AYU events, attendance was strictly limited to a small number of guests (80) from funds and allocators, with only sponsoring service providers present. This means that a) most guests can meet each other across the day and not have any “missed connections” and b) the ratio of people that guests want to meet at an event like this is at its most beneficial.
