This is the highest ESG rating and our upgrade is largely driven by strong governance and improved workforce management practises, our inclusive working environment approach, strong grievance reporting mechanisms and an increased emphasis on Governance and business ethics practises was highlights. It was also noted that we lead peers in integrating ESG factors into our investments process, our commitment to suitability through signatory initiatives such as the UN PRI, dedicated ESG team and engagement policies with investee companies.
