Tatiana – who is admitted in Jersey, Cayman and England & Wales – joins Walkers from another offshore firm, and has more than ten years’ experience in private practice in Jersey, London, Cayman and Frankfurt.

Tatiana advises on funds and corporate transactions including the establishment, management, re-structuring and liquidation of various types of funds and corporate structures, tax and regulatory matters, structured acquisitions and disposals of assets across Europe and financing and re-financing arrangements. She has significant experience with Venture Capital, Real Estate and Private Equity funds.

Tatiana has worked in Jersey since 2014 and previously worked with an international law firm in London and Frankfurt, including a secondment to an international investment management firm.
