Since Jersey Finance opened its office in New York in 2019, the number of US-originated fund structures has grown 61%, while the value of fund assets under management serviced in Jersey has risen by 22% (Monterey Insight). At our inaugural US Roadshow, which took place towards the end of last year (in Chicago, New York, Miami and San Francisco), we were delighted that a number of industry professionals from Jersey firms were able to attend.
The Jersey delegation included Ian Horswell, Global Head of Business Development for Funds at Suntera Global. Ian has been looking back at the success of the roadshow and reflecting on Jersey’s appeal and reputation in the US.
