Carey Olsen has acted for Polygon Properties in relation to its acquisition of commercial office premises at 5 Anley Street, St Helier, Jersey.
The property is in a prime location near the heart of St Helier's growing International Finance Centre. It is currently fully tenanted and comprises just under 9,500 square feet of purpose built office accommodation with the benefit of 14 parking spaces.
The Carey Olsen team was led by partner Christopher Philpott and assisted by senior associate Will Whitehead.
Mr Philpott said: "The purchase reflects our client's continued confidence in the Jersey commercial property market. Having previously acted for Polygon Properties on their acquisition of F3 and F4 Grenville Street, we were delighted to act again in relation to this recent addition to their portfolio.
Director of Polygon Properties, Alex Belcher, commented: "We are very excited to add this asset to our Channel Islands portfolio. We believe the property provides excellent office accommodation in a prime location, and fits in with our current investment strategy."
