Charles Le Maistre has joined Ogier's top-ranked Jersey property team as a senior conveyancer.
Charles – who has ten years' experience working in the property law group of another Island law firm – advises on residential and commercial acquisitions, high value residency, and transactions involving agricultural land.
He joins the team led by partner Jonathan Hughes which for the second year running has been named the only Jersey property team ranked in the top tier by the leading independent legal directory, Chambers UK.The guide describes the team as a "market-leading property team" with "notable expertise in planning, leasing and property investment".
