Citi Private Bank has been named Best Global Private Bank (2012) for the third year in a row and was also named Best Private Bank for Customer Service for 2012 by two Financial Times publications, The Banker and PWM.
In addition, the Private Bank in Europe Middle East & Africa was recently recognized by Spear’s Wealth Management as the 2012 Best Private Bank (Europe).
Winners had to demonstrate their ability to adapt their business model to the new regulatory and post financial crisis environment, generate sustainable long-term adjusted returns and offer trusted advice to wealthy investors. Client service innovation was also looked at in the judging.
