Crestbridge has been awarded Platinum Employer Partner accreditation from STEP.

The accreditation, which Crestbridge has been awarded Group-wide, is the highest level of three awarded under STEP’s Employer Partnership Programme. Achieving Platinum accreditation is testament to the strength of the policies, practices and structures that Crestbridge has in place to support its growing global proposition for private and institutional clients.

In being awarded the accreditation, Crestbridge had to successfully demonstrate the importance it places on learning and development, including how the firm has pivoted to a new remote and digital environment over the past year, and show how it is supporting employees across its global network in terms of wellbeing and facilitating a positive work environment.

STEP launched its Employer Partnership Programme in 2016, with a primary aim to help employers deliver the best possible learning and professional development outcomes.

Crestbridge is a significant supporter of STEP, with 25 full STEP Members across the Group and several staff currently undertaking STEP qualifications.

In the most recent STEP examination results, Danielle Cottiginies and Chris Cameron TEP, both Associate Directors, passed the STEP Advanced Certificate Family Business Governance and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Family Business, and Melloney Bond TEP, Assistant Manager, passed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Family Business with Distinction.

Pointing to the fact that Crestbridge is also an ACCA Platinum Approved Employer, Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the Group, reflecting the focus we place on creating a rewarding, stimulating and supportive working environment right across our Family Office, Private Equity and Real Estate Services teams. The past year has certainly presented challenges for firms generally in terms of remote working, but the focus we place on providing new and digital learning opportunities, together with the importance we attach to staff wellbeing and nurturing and rewarding talent, puts us in a really strong position.”

Jenni Hutchinson, Head of Employer Partnerships for STEP, added: “We are delighted to welcome Crestbridge as a Platinum Employer Partner.  It is clear that there is a strong culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation, that success is recognised and celebrated and that ample resources are available to support career progression.  We look forward to working with you”.
