The expertise, service quality and knowledge of Crestbridge’s Real Estate team received recognition last week at the ICSA Jersey Awards.

The team picked up the Award for ‘Administration Team of the Year’ at the ICSA Jersey Annual Dinner, Awards and Graduation Ceremony, held at the Trinity Showground on Friday 13 September.

Judged by a panel of independent industry experts, the Awards featured a range of categories highlighting team and individual excellence, whilst the celebrations also recognised students who have excelled in their ICSA exams this year and new Associates and Fellows of the Institute.

Crestbridge featured strongly in this year’s Awards, having been shortlisted in three categories. As well as the ‘Administration Team of the Year’ category, Robyn Morais, Senior Administrator, was also shortlisted for ‘Administrator of the Year’ whilst the firm was shortlisted for the ‘Risk & Compliance Award’.

The firm has a strong track record in the Awards, with its Corporate team having been successful in both 2017 and 2016.

Commenting on the Award win, Group Head of Real Estate Services, Simon Todd said: “This is a strong endorsement for our Real Estate team. As a jurisdiction, Jersey can boast huge strength in its real estate offering, so to be recognised as the leading administration team this year amongst some really strong competition is fantastic news for us.

I’m enormously proud to be part of such an amazing team and this award is a reflection of the high standards we hold ourselves to collectively, as we continue to see strong demand for sophisticated real estate services in an international environment that is growing increasingly complex.”
