Jersey lawyers Crill Canavan have been recommended by PLC’s guide to Jersey’s legal services for private clients.

The Practical Law Company has just released the 3rd edition of its Cross-border Private Client Handbook.

Three of Crill Canavan’s legal team are endorsed lawyers: partners Nuno Santos-Costa and Damian James, and head of trusts Richard Pirie.

Crill Canavan managing partner Kathryn Purkis said: “We value highly endorsements by market guides such as the Practical Law Company’s Cross-border Private Client Handbook. Because PLC recommendations are based on independent research among corporate counsel and private practitioners, they are trusted endorsements of our expertise and service quality.”

The firm is also highly recommended for dispute resolution and recognised for banking.

Advocate Nuno Santos-Costa is the senior litigation partner at Crill Canavan. He specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation, including trust cases, fraud and asset tracing claims and heavyweight commercial disputes. Advocate Damian James is a partner in Crill Canavan’s commercial litigation department who specialises in contentious and semi-contentious trust work and heavyweight commercial litigation. Advocate Richard Pirie is Crill Canavan’s head of Trusts.
