Intertrust in Jersey has promoted an experienced real estate professional to a director in its Real Estate team.
Jane Stammers joined Intertrust in September 2014 as a client director and has more than 20 years’ experience in offshore administration. She has a particular focus on ensuring that strong offshore management and corporate governance are provided to the Jersey structures that the team administers.
Prior to joining Intertrust, Mrs Stammers was a director within a large independent trust company, specialising in real estate and corporate structures.
Mrs Stammers acts as a director on a number of real estate client boards and manages a team of 50+ real estate administrators and accountants in Jersey.
Jon Barratt, head of real estate at Intertrust in Jersey, said: "Jane has a high level of experience and knowledge and we’re really pleased she is now going to play a more significant role in the leadership of the Real Estate team. She has excellent company secretarial skills and a range of expertise in the administration of real estate and corporate structures."
Mrs Stammers said: “I’m looking forward to continuing to develop our strong client base as well as my relationships with the other Intertrust jurisdictions. It's great to work with such a talented team and I hope to build on this further.”
Mrs Stammers is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds the Diploma in Fund Administration as well as the Diploma in Financial Services Management.
