Staff from Bracken Rothwell, chartered accountants and Fairway Group, the connected regulated fiduciary services business, have been dressing down to raise funds for charity. Every Friday, employees ditch their office wear and pay a pound to dress more casually. Over the past few months those donations have been collected and a cheque for £500 has recently been presented to the Jersey Disabled Society. The Society meet every week with its members for coffee, games, lunch and entertainment at the Willows Day Care Centre, which is shortly due to be refurbished. Members will therefore be moving to St Martin's Methodist Church and the money raised by staff will go towards those relocation costs as well as helping fund some much needed holidays.
