Elian won triple honours at the recent ICSA Jersey Awards 2014.

The company, which last week launched its new brand and identity following a management buyout from the Ogier Group in June, scooped the Corporate Services Team of the Year and Governance Corporate awards while Emily Raper from Elian Private Wealth won the Student Excellence Award based on examination performance.

‘We are thrilled to be recognised three times by this leading industry body. Elian’s vision is to continually deliver more value by raising the bar and setting the standard in terms of client service in the company, fund and trust administration industry. These awards show that we are doing just that,’ said Simon Mackenzie, Elian Corporate Services group director.

‘At Elian we are committed to focusing on and investing in training and development to constantly drive performance.  ICSA is a huge part of that training and helps us to build on our own success in terms of corporate governance and client service.’

The awards were presented just days before Ogier Fiduciary Services launched its new brand and identity, becoming Elian.

The Corporate Services team has featured in the winners’ list each year since the awards were launched in 2012, winning ICSA Jersey Administration Team of the Year in 2013 and ICSA Jersey Administrator of the Year in 2012.   Seven awards were given at the 2014 ceremony to celebrate the professional achievements of ICSA members, both individuals and teams.

ICSA (the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) is the international qualifying and membership body for the chartered secretary profession and a recognised authority on governance and compliance.  ICSA has over 36,000 members in the UK and Jersey is home to 800 members.

Elian employs 500 people across 10 offices; the group has delivered 15 years of back-to-back growth since launch as Ogier Fiduciary Services in 1999.
