Elian has appointed Jennifer Pau as an associate director in its Hong Kong office.
Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience working in the banking and finance industry. She brings extensive capital services experience to the role, with a particular focus on corporate debt issuances, structured products, project finances, syndicated loans, escrows and IPOs.
Jennifer joins Elian from HSBC’s Corporate Trust and Loan Agency where she was vice president, business development with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this she held a similar role with Deutsche Bank.
