Elian has appointed London-based Gary Webb as an associate director in its International Finance team.
With 40 years’ experience in the industry and a strong background in debt capital markets, in both conventional and structured areas, Gary will focus on sourcing new business opportunities for Elian’s International Finance business.
‘Focusing on Elian’s core service capabilities, my primary responsibility will be to develop strong and lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients and intermediaries. I want to ensure our target audiences are aware that Elian has a dedicated team of 500 professionals across a network of ten international offices. Through this network, we are able to handle large, demanding and complex engagements while our dedicated International Finance team can provide high quality administration services and support multi jurisdictional structures,’ Gary said.
Gary joins Elian following 15 years at BNP Paribas where he held several positions, most recently as global network manager for debt market services. He has also worked as vice president and sales manager at The Chase Manhattan Bank, and JP Morgan & Co for nearly 20 years. He is a member of the Securities Institute in the City of London.

Elian’s International Finance team provides incorporation and administration services to trusts, partnerships, special purpose vehicles and other corporate entities established for capital markets transactions. Team members either hold or are studying towards a professional qualification, with the team comprising of chartered accountants, lawyers, ICSA and STEP qualified administrators and fully qualified bookkeepers.
