Farah Ballands, Chief Executive Officer of Estera, is listed in Citywealth’s International Powerwomen Top 100.
The ranking recognises the women who are the top 100 international power players within the international community.
Under Farah’s leadership, Estera has grown to become a well-diversified corporate, funds and trust business with an impressive global reach.
Farah was instrumental in Inflexion Private Equity’s acquisition of Estera via its existing portfolio business, Ocorian. The transaction was announced in July 2019 and is subject to regulatory approval.
Following completion, Estera will merge with Inflexion’s existing portfolio company, Ocorian, to form a global corporate service and fund administration leader of significant scale.
