In response to the UK's Retail Distribution Review (RDR) legislation, and the recent publication of a Position Paper (RFA) by the JFSC, Jersey International Business School is able to offer various routes to achieve RDR compliance.

The ‘Review of Financial Advice’ (RFA) is aiming for increased transparency, consumer protection, higher standards of investment advice and limited potential for mis-selling. It is therefore crucial that all investment specialists are brought up to speed with the new regulations.

Senior Lecturer, Chris Usher, will explain the various ‘Pathways to RDR Compliance’ at a Free Briefing Session on Friday 19 August. This will take place from 12pm-2pm at the Business School, which is located in the heart of St Helier at 12/13 The Weighbridge.

Chris will be taking a look at the following qualifications:
• CISI Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM)
• CISI Investment Advice Diploma (IAD)
• CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
