Experienced offshore investment funds lawyer Sophie Reguengo has joined Ogier's Jersey funds team.
Sophie has almost 15 years' experience as an offshore funds specialist working in both Jersey and Hong Kong – her practice focuses on private equity and real estate structures.
Her arrival in the Jersey funds team further boosts Ogier's global funds offering, following the arrival of partner Emily Haithwaite to the Jersey team last year and the recent recruitment of investment funds-focused Counsel Emma Sutherland (Cayman), James Bermingham (Luxembourg), and managing associate Oliver Quarmby (Guernsey).
Sophie, a Jersey-qualified Solicitor, has been recognised as a "Rising Star" by IFLR1000 for the last two years running.
