Hawksford has appointed Daniel Hainsworth as Global Head of Corporate Services to spearhead the development and growth of the company’s international corporate offering.

Prior to his appointment, Daniel was Hawksford’s Head of Corporate Services for EMEA. In his new role, Daniel will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of the Group’s Corporate Services business. He will supervise a team of more than 220 people across 12 different jurisdictions around the globe.

On his promotion, Daniel said:

“Due to business growth combined with our structured mergers and acquisitions activity in key jurisdictions, Hawksford’s corporate services team has grown from 35 people in 2015 to more than 220 people today. In my new role I’ll be focusing on strengthening the relationship and synergy across Hawksford’s geographical locations and ensure that clients and prospects have access to our full suite of capabilities wherever they require them globally.”

Daniel has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and joined Hawksford via a corporate acquisition by Hawksford in 2012. He was promoted to Corporate Director in 2015 and joined Hawksford’s company board. In early 2018 Daniel was appointed Head of Corporate Services, EMEA.

Daniel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), as well as the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
