The Director promotions are Ellen Chislett in Capital Markets, Jane Clayton in Real Estate and Tim Brown in Private Wealth.
They will be responsible for driving growth and delivering client service and operational excellence across their respective service lines, as well as the performance of the team.
The promotions come against a backdrop of continuous growth for the firm in Jersey.

The 30 other promotions were across a range of teams including real estate, capital markets, private equity, performance and reward management, corporate services and private wealth.
