Intertrust has been shortlisted for five Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Jersey Awards.
The awards Intertrust has been shortlisted for are the Corporate Services Team of the Year, the Administration Team of the Year, the Governance of the Year award, the Risk and Compliance award and the Company Secretarial Officer of the Year award.
The ICSA Jersey Awards, which are open to all Jersey-based ICSA members, celebrate individual and collective success and show the value that ICSA members deliver to their organisations. Intertrust, which is a five-time ICSA award winner, has been shortlisted in five of the eight categories with Frances Allain, associate director within Intertrust’s corporate services team, being shortlisted for the Company Secretarial Officer of the Year award. The awards look for an individual, or company, who provides effective team and thought-leadership, shows mastery of the complex legal and regulatory environment and plays an added-value role in the governance or ethics of their, or its, organisation.
Managing Director of Intertrust in Jersey, Simon Mackenzie, said: “We are pleased to be shortlisted for five awards this year. Frances’ shortlisting is testament to her hard work and dedication and to be shortlisted, as a company, for four other awards demonstrates our team’s continued professionalism and commitment to delivering an excellent client service.
“Being shortlisted for these awards is a reflection of our achievements and strong reputation within the island and further afield.”
Award winners will be announced at an annual dinner, awards and graduation ceremony on 29 September at the Hotel de France.
