IQ-EQ is pleased to announce that Jason Laity, a seasoned executive and non-executive director with over 30 years in Jersey’s financial services industry, has been appointed as a non-executive director of IQ EQ (Jersey) Limited.

Jason has significant board and partnership-level leadership experience, including as Chairman and Senior Partner of KPMG in the Channel Islands until September 2019. Alongside his new position with IQ-EQ, Jason is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Jersey Finance Limited and has co-founded a consultancy and coaching company, 80Twenty Limited. He is also a non-executive director of Andium Homes Limited (Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing), is a trustee and director of the Jersey Employment Trust and is on the audit and risk panel for the Children’s Commissioner for Jersey.

Throughout his years in the industry, Jason has headed a wide range of projects and engagements, including a period after leaving KPMG as Head of Fintech for Digital Jersey, where he assisted with furthering their fintech roadmap for the island. A highly qualified financial services professional, Jason is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and an Accounting Technician.
