Earlier this year staff from across 55 of our Member firms joined us for a series of events to learn, collaborate and consider the question:

Is Jersey ready to continue to be a positive force and visionary leader in international finance?

Over the course of two days and three individual events, a range of expert speakers and panellists explored some of the key macro trends and developments shaping our financial and related professional services industry today, whilst also casting an eye to the future.

Discussions were based around four key themes:

• the effect of geopolitical factors on financial services
• fintech and its adoption
• the industry’s approach to sustainable finance
• the future of the workforce

For those who attended, this serves as a valuable recap and provides some suggestions as to how you can continue the conversations in your workplaces.
