To commence last week’s activities, we hosted a financial services roundtable at the Singapore offices of Barclays Private Bank, focussing on the private wealth, funds, capital markets and fintech opportunities across Singapore and the wider South East Asia region. Around 20 representatives from a cross-section of finance firms with a Jersey connection and discussions centred around the similarities between Jersey and Singapore as centres of excellence for financial services.

On Tuesday 28 March, we hosted an evening reception at Eden Hall, the residence of the British High Commissioner to Singapore, Her Excellency Kara Owen CMG, to formally launch Jersey’s presence in South East Asia. To view pictures from the evening reception, visit the Flickr album.
