Jersey Finance has welcomed the publication of the Sustainable Finance Action Plan, launched today (21 November) by the Government of Jersey at their financial services sector annual update.

Created following a public consultation on sustainable finance earlier this year, the action plan focusses on the next three years and sets out the government’s strategic intention to future proof our financial services sector, building business capacity and maturity in our Island’s financial services ecosystem over the coming years.

We will be working closely with the government and the Jersey Financial Services Commission on the delivery of the Sustainable Finance Action Plan. The plan will feature heavily during our Sustainable Finance Summit in March 2025, when we will hold a specific event to explore the next steps for Jersey. Another key element of our summit in March will be our Sustainable Finance Awards. Nominations are now open for this. Learn more about our awards.
