Now in their 20th year, the awards are renowned as a key event recognising talent, excellence and expertise across the international wealth, asset management, investment and financial advisory sector.

Winners of the awards, which were chosen by an independent panel of judges, were announced at a ceremony held this week (16th October) at Gibson Hall in London.

Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Jersey Finance, commented:

“This recognition reflects another hugely busy year for Jersey as a forward-thinking international finance centre, in which we have continued to bring new innovative products to market, such as the International Savings Plans (ISP) product, and extend our reach into overseas markets – not least with the opening just this week of our New York office. Of course, we remain focussed on the future as we look to maintain our momentum and continue to provide better solutions for global investors.”

Speaking at the event, Christopher Copper-Ind, publisher of International Investment, described the Awards as “something of an industry institution.” He added: “Over the past two decades we have recognised extraordinary talent and remarkable achievements from every corner of the globe.”

Already this year, Jersey has received award recognition from other leading financial services publications, including the Citywealth IFC and WealthBriefing Asia Awards.
